SiTime: ENDR-TTT Endura® Ruggedized Precision Low Power Super-TCXO®
The ENDR-TTT is a factory-programmable 1 to 105 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO for precision GNSS receivers, PNT systems, avionics, guided munitions, UAVs, manpack radios, synchronization systems, and high-reliability communications equipment. During GNSS outages, its stable local reference limits the accumulation of timing error, extending holdover and helping receivers narrow the frequency-search window during reacquisition.
DualMEMS® places TempFlat® and temperature-sensing MEMS resonators on the same die, providing 20 µK temperature resolution without the sensor-to-resonator thermal lag found in legacy quartz TCXOs. TurboCompensation® provides more than 100 Hz compensation bandwidth, maintaining dynamic stability during airflow and thermal shock without activity dips or micro jumps. The device limits vibration-induced frequency shift with typical acceleration sensitivity of 0.004 ppb/g and withstands mechanical shock up to 30,000 g.
