The RV-3028-C7 real-time clock/calendar module, featuring an automatic backup power switchover circuit, has been meticulously engineered for exceptionally low power consumption. It offers comprehensive RTC capabilities, including programmable counters, alarms, selectable interrupt and clock output functions, and a 32-bit UNIX Time counter. Configuration settings are stored in the internal EEPROM memory, which also provides room for additional user data. Moreover, an EEPROM Offset value enables the correction of frequency deviations in the 32.768 kHz clock. Designed with utmost compactness in mind, this RTC module is ideal for miniature, cost-sensitive, and high-volume applications.
