Schaffner (TE Connectivity): New FN3297 / FN3298 3-Phase+N Filter Series for HVAC & Machinery
The FN3297 / FN3298 series from our partner Schaffner (now part of TE Connectivity) consists of two 3-Phase+N filter families with different performance levels, providing the right solution for a wide range of applications.
The FN3297 standard-performance version is designed for general machinery applications. For more demanding environments, such as systems with long motor cable lengths, multi-axis drives, or stringent EMC requirements, the FN3298 offers enhanced attenuation performance to ensure reliable compliance.
Key target markets include industrial machinery as well as heat pump and HVAC applications.
Both product families feature a certified 100 kA SCCR rating and are equipped with modern push-in terminals in a space-saving front-mount configuration. In addition, this series represents the first Schaffner book-style 3-Phase+N filter available under the TE Connectivity brand.
