Harting: Han® S and Han® S 200 system wiring
Files
Han® S offers many advantages that ensure safe and error-free installation. User-friendly assembly saves you time during service and maintenance. Han® S is the first special high-current battery connector that meets the relevant UL and railway standards for stationary energy storage systems.
With the use of modern energy storage systems, sustainable regenerative energies such as those from the sun or wind can be stored; thanks to them, a time-delayed and demand-oriented use of the generated energy is possible.
With the Han® S series and the matching cabling, HARTING offers secure connection technology for modular battery storage systems. The compact housings of the series are equipped with contacts for currents up to 200 A and 1500 V DC. The add-on housings can be rotated through 360 degrees, giving you excellent flexibility. The cables are resistant to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, ozone as well as acids.

Quick installation and set-up time
The Han® S 200 system cabling supports the path to a sustainable energy system of the future. With its simple, fast and safe contacting, the Han® S 200 system cabling is the ideal connection when it comes to the front wiring of modular battery storage systems. There is a red version of the Han® S for the positive pole and a black version for the negative pole. Both are additionally mechanically coded to prevent mismating. These features are advantageous for service and maintenance.
The socket contacts used include three different cross-sections such as 25 mm², 35 mm² and 50 mm² with a cable that has very good UV, oil and fuel resistance as well as high temperature resistance.
Reduction of operating costs
The pre-assembled cables have the advantage that they allow for quick and easy commissioning. Another customer benefit of the Plug & Play solution is that there are no tooling, storage or labour costs, which leads to a reduction in total cost of ownership. The assemblies are 100% tested in accordance with the high HARTING quality standards.
