The Han® MPC connectors are the ideal interface at the heart of UAV power architectures, connecting batteries, Power Distribution Boards (PDB) and Electronic Speed Controllers (ESC). Additional housing variants and straight or angled PCB options enable flexible integration into virtually any UAV or mobile robot platform:
- Battery ↔ Power Distribution Board (PDB) connections
- PDB ↔ Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) links
- Ground vehicles and wheeled mobile platforms
- Humanoid and mobile robots
- Any space- or weight-constrained application requiring reliable power + data
Both MPC variants can accommodate up to four gold-plated har-speed contacts alongside the power contacts. This enables simultaneous data transmission using DroneCAN, a widely adopted protocol for communication between drone flight controllers and peripherals, all within a single, miniaturised connector housing. Gold- and silver-plated contact surfaces create gas-tight crimp connections that ensure stable electrical performance even under the harsh vibration, shock and temperature cycles typical of UAV operations.
