NINA-B5 - Bluetooth® LE automotive module

With its robust open CPU architecture for customized applications, the NINA-B5series is a powerful multicore wireless MCU with Arm® Cortex-M33 and Bluetooth LE 5.3.

The NINA-B5 automotive grade variants are based on the NXP KW45 chipset and support CAN and LIN bus interfaces. The professional grade NINA-B5 variants feature the NXP KW32W148 chip and support Zigbee, Thread, and Matter in addition to Bluetooth.
Offering a convenient alternative between a variant with an internal PCB antenna or one with an antenna pin, this Bluetooth LE 5.3 module also supports a full set of security features with NXP EdgeLock™ secure enclave, including Arm® TrustZone®, flash encryption, and security service.
NINA-B5 is well-suited for automotive applications such as keyless entry, battery management, LED-light control, sensor hub, or tachograph but also for any type of industrial and smart home applications, such as home automation (lighting, access control) as well as micro-mobility (e-bikes), power tools, or mobile robotics (lawn mowers).
