Liability
Liability claims against the publisher pertaining to incidences of material or non-material prejudice occasioned by the utilisation or non-utilisation of the furnished information or by the utilisation of inaccurate or incomplete information shall be invariably excluded insofar as no demonstrably wilful or gross negligence on the part of the publisher obtains. The publisher shall expressly reserve the right to revise, supplement or delete the offer in whole or in part without a separate announcement or to temporarily or permanently discontinue publication.
